AN ACT TO AUTHORISE THE MINISTER FOR FINANCE TO TAKE UP SHARES OF THE SHANNON FREE AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED, TO PROVIDE FOR THE MAKING OF GRANTS TO THAT COMPANY AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID.
