CATTLE (EXPORT PROHIBITION) ORDER, 1946 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1953.

I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 29 of the Slaughter of Cattle and Sheep Act, 1934 (No. 42 of 1934), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows:

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Cattle (Export Prohibition) Order, 1946 (Revocation) Order, 1953.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1953.

2. The Cattle (Export Prohibition) Order, 1946 ( S. R. & O. No. 83 of 1946 ), is hereby revoked.
