AN ACT TO REPEAL CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY (PROTECTION) ACT, 1927 . [21st December, 1949.] |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHRTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |

Repeal of certain provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Act, 1927. |
1.—The following provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Act, 1927 (No. 16 of 1927), are hereby repealed— |
|||||||
|
(a) in subsection (1) of section 9 , from the words “so however” to the end of the subsection, and |
||||||||
|
(b) the Second Schedule. |

|
Short title and collective citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) (Amendment) Act, 1949. |
|||||||
|
(2) The Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Acts, 1927 to 1947, and this Act may be cited together as the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Acts, 1927 to 1949. |
