AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EGGS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1945 (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS, 1948.

I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Act, 1939 (No. 2 of 1939) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do by this Order make the following regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Amendment) Regulations, 1945 (Revocation) Regulations, 1948.

2.—(1) The Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Amendment) Regulations, 1945 ( S. R. & O. No. 225 of 1945 ), are hereby revoked.

(2) On and after the making of these Regulations the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Regulations, 1939 ( S. R. & O. No. 169 of 1939 ), shall have effect as if the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Amendment) Regulations, 1945 ( S. R. & O. No. 225 of 1945 ), had never been made.
