AN ACT TO AMEND THE OFFENCES AGAINST THE STATE (FORFEITURE) ACT, 1940 [7th August, 1941.] |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |

The Principal Act. |
1.—In this Act the expression “the Principal Act” means the Offences Against the State (Forfeiture) Act, 1940 (No. 27 of 1940). |

Amendment of the Principal Act. |
2.—Each of the references to the 3rd day of September, 1941, contained in sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Principal Act shall be construed as a reference to the 3rd day of September, 1942. |
|||||||||
|
Short title and collective citation. |
3.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Offences Against the State (Forfeiture) Act, 1941. |
|||||||||
|
(2) The Principal Act and this Act may be cited together as the Offences Against the State (Forfeiture) Acts, 1940 and 1941. |
