LOCAL AUTHORITIES (COMBINED PURCHASING) ACT, 1939.


AN ACT TO MAKE FURTHER AND BETTER PROVISION FOR THE PURCHASE OF COMMODITIES BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES FROM CONTRACTORS APPOINTED OFFICIALLY, AND FOR MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID. [5th July, 1939.]
