AN ACT TO REPEAL THE TARIFF COMMISSION ACTS, 1926 AND 1930. [22nd March, 1939.] |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |

Repeal of Tariff Commission Acts, 1926 and 1930. |
1.—The Tariff Commission Act, 1926 (No. 40 of 1926), and the Tariff Commission Act, 1930 (No. 31 of 1930), are hereby repealed. |

|
Short title. |
2.—This Act may be cited as the Tariff Commission (Repeal) Act, 1939. |
