AN ACT TO MAKE SPECIAL PROVISION WITH RESPECT TO THE SUPERANNUATION OF PARTICULAR OFFICERS (INCLUDING PERSONS WHO WERE FORMERLY OFFICERS) AND SERVANTS OF LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND FOR THAT AND OTHER PURPOSES TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1933 .
