AN ACT TO EXTEND FOR A LIMITED PERIOD THE TIME DURING WHICH THE BETTING ACT, 1926 , SHALL CONTINUE IN FORCE. [28th June, 1929.] |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTAT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:— |

Continuance of Betting Act, 1926 . |
1.—The Betting Act, 1926 (No. 38 of 1926), shall continue in force until the 31st day of December, 1929, and shall then expire. |

|
Short title and citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Betting Act, 1929. |
|||||||
|
(2) The Betting Acts, 1926 and 1928, and this Act may be cited together as the Betting Acts, 1926 to 1929. |
