PRESCRIPTION (IRELAND) ACT 1858

An Act for shortening the Time of Prescription in certain Cases in Ireland. [23d July 1858.]

WHEREAS by an Act passed in the Session of Parliament holden in the Second and Third Years of the Reign of King William the Fourth, Chapter Seventy-one, Provisions were made for shortening the Time of Prescription in certain Cases, and it is expedient that the Provisions of the said Act should be extended to Ireland;’ Be it therefore enacted by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the Authority of the same, as follows:
