REVENUE (TRANSFER OF CHARGES) ACT 1856

CHAPTER LIX.

An Act to alter the Mode of providing for certain Expenses now charged upon certain Parts of the Public Revenue.[1] . [21st July 1856.]

[Preamble.]

Charges in schedule (B.) to be payable out of Parliamentary votes.

1. . . . such of the charges and payments as are described in the schedule (B.) shall be paid out of such aids or supplies as may be from time to time provided and appropriated by Parliament for the purpose.

Schedule (B.)

Charges and Payments charged under the Provisions of various Acts of Parliament upon the Revenues of Customs, Excise, Taxes, and Post Office, to be paid out of Aids or Supplies to be provided for the Purpose.

Superannuations, pensions, compensations, and annuities granted in respect of services rendered by persons formerly employed in the several Revenue Departments.
