S.I. No. 232/2026 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport) Order 2026

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st May, 2026.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Culture, Communications and Sport and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport) Order 2026.

2. Mark May, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport, is appointed as Special Adviser to Charlie McConalogue, Minister of State at the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport, with effect from 2 March 2026.
