Provision of information to legal representatives | ||

29. A legal representative assigned to a person under section 30 (1)(c) or otherwise engaged by the person to represent him or her at a review or on an appeal to the Circuit Court under section 32 shall, with the prior consent of the person concerned, be entitled to access to the person’s medical records. |
