S.I. No. 265/2025 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Rural and Community Developmentand the Gaeltacht) Order 2025

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 13th June, 2025.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht) Order 2025.

2. Jack White, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht, is appointed as Special Adviser to Jerry Buttimer, Minister of State at the Department of Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht with effect from 25th February 2025.
