Amendment of section 11A of Act of 1977
8. Section 11A of the Act of 1977 is amended—
(a) by the substitution of “section 9, 10 or 14(1)” for “section 9 or 10”, and
(b) in paragraph (b), by the deletion of “of the Act of 1977”.
