Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 30 of the Oil Emergency Contingency and Transfer of Renewable Transport Fuel Functions Act 2023 (No. 2 of 2023), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Oil Emergency Contingency and Transfer of Renewable Transport Fuel Functions Act 2023 (Vesting Day) (Part 3) Order 2023.

2. The 28th day of February 2023 is appointed to be the vesting day for the purposes of Part 3 of the Oil Emergency Contingency and Transfer of Renewable Transport Fuel Functions Act 2023 (No. 2 of 2023).
