Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 22nd December, 2023.

I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Domestic, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Agency Act 2023 (No. 31 of 2023), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Domestic, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Agency Act 2023 (Establishment Day) Order 2023.

2. The 1st day of January 2024 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Domestic, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Agency Act 2023 (No. 31 of 2023).
