Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 17th February, 2023.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media) Order 2023.

2. Daniel Griffin, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, is appointed as Special Adviser to Thomas Byrne, Minister of State at the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media with effect from 21 December 2022.
