Amendment of section 27 of Act of 2010

17. Section 27 of the Act of 2010 is amended—

(a) by the insertion of “or holding company” after “provider” in each place where it occurs, and

(b) in subsection (2), by the substitution of “terms and conditions” for “condition”.
