Amendment of section 50 of Principal Act

15. Section 50 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in paragraph (a), by the substitution of “36, 49 or 49A” for “36 or 49”, and

(b) in paragraph (b), by the substitution of “36, 49 or 49A” for “36 or 49”.
