Repeals and revocation | ||

6. Subject to section 5 — | ||
(a) the following are repealed: | ||
(i) the Garda Síochána (Compensation) Act 1941 ; | ||
(ii) the Garda Síochána (Compensation) (Amendment) Act 1945 , | ||
and | ||
(b) the Gárda Síochána (Application for Compensation) Regulations 1941 ( S.I. No. 413 of 1941 ) are revoked. |
