Amendment of section 36 of Act of 2015 | ||

7. Section 36 of the Act of 2015 is amended, in subsection (5), by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (b): | ||
“(b) sections 4 (4), 4B(8), 4D(2), 4E(3) and 4F(3) of the Payment of Wages Act 1991 ,”. |
