Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 21st September, 2021.

I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development (Amendment) Act 2021 (No. 32 of 2021), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2021.

2. The 7th day of September 2021 is appointed as the day on which the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development (Amendment) Act 2021 (No. 32 of 2021) shall come into operation.
