S.I. No. 356/2019 - Parental Leave (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 19th July, 2019.

I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 (3) of the Parental Leave (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 11 of 2019), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Parental Leave (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019.

2. The 19th day of July 2019 is appointed as the day on which the Parental Leave (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 11 of 2019) shall come into operation.
