S.I. No. 195/2019 - Irish Collective Asset-Management Vehicles Act 2015 (Section 149(2)) (Relevant Jurisdictions) (Amendment) Regulations 2019

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 10th May, 2019.

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 149 of the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (No. 2 of 2015), and being satisfied as to the matters specified in that subsection, hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (section 149(2)) (Relevant Jurisdictions) (Amendment) Regulations 2019.

2. The Schedule to the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (Section 149(2)) (Relevant Jurisdictions) Regulations 2015 ( S.I. No. 372 of 2015 ) is amended by inserting, after the item thirdly set out in it, the following:

“4. Bermuda.

5. Guernsey.”.
