S.I. No. 144/2019 - Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (Designated Public Officials) Regulations 2019

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 12th April, 2019.

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 4 and 6 (2) of the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (No. 5 of 2015), and having had regard to the matters specified in section 6(3), hereby make the following regulations:

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (Designated Public Officials) Regulations 2019.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 May 2019.

2. The Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (Designated Public Officials) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 367 of 2015) is amended in the table in Schedule 2 at reference number 23, by substituting for the existing entries in columns (1) to (3) opposite that reference number the entries in the table to this Regulation:
