Amendment of section 23 of Act of 1996

87. Section 23 of the Act of 1996 is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) in subsections (1) and (2) by the substitution of “appropriate court” for “Court” in each place it occurs,
|
|
| |
(b) in subsection (3) by the substitution of “the appropriate court” for “the Court”, and
|
|
| |
(c) in subsections (4) and (5) by the substitution of “appropriate court” for “Court”.
