S.I. No. 518/2018 - Home Building Finance Ireland Act 2018 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2018

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 7th December, 2018.

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Home Building Finance Ireland Act 2018 (No. 28 of 2018), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Home Building Finance Ireland Act 2018 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2018.

2. The 5th day of December 2018 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Home Building Finance Ireland Act 2018 (No. 28 of 2018) shall come into operation:

(a) Parts 1, 2 and 3;

(b) Part 4, other than section 16;

(c) Parts 5 and 6.
