S.I. No. 124/2018 - Technological Universities Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2018

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 27th April, 2018.

I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Technological Universities Act 2018 (No. 3 of 2018), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Technological Universities Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2018.

2. The 24th day of April 2018 is appointed as the day on which the Technological Universities Act 2018 (No. 3 of 2018), other than sections 65 (a), 68 , 69 , 70 , 76 , 77 , 79 , 80 (b), 82 , 83 , 84 , 85 , 91 , 92 and 94 , shall come into operation.
