Amendment of Article 40 of the Constitution | ||

1. Article 40 of the Constitution is hereby amended as follows: | ||
(a) the subsection, the text of which is set out in Part 1 of the Schedule , shall be substituted for subsection 3 of section 3 of the Irish text; | ||
(b) the subsection, the text of which is set out in Part 2 of the Schedule , shall be substituted for subsection 3 of section 3 of the English text. |
