S.I. No. 119/2017 - Communications Regulation (Postal Services) (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2017.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 4th April, 2017.

I, DENIS NAUGHTEN, Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 3 of the Communications Regulation (Postal Services) (Amendment) Act 2017 (No. 3 of 2017), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Communications Regulation (Postal Services) (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2017.

2. The 21st day of March 2017 is appointed as the day on which the Communications Regulation (Postal Services) (Amendment) Act 2017 (No. 3 of 2017) shall come into operation.
