S.I. No. 215/2016 - Criminal Justice (Spent Convictions and Certain Disclosures) Act 2016 (Commencement) Order 2016.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd May, 2016.

The Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 1 (3) of the Criminal Justice (Spent Convictions and Certain Disclosures) Act 2016 (No. 4 of 2016), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Spent Convictions and Certain Disclosures) Act 2016 (Commencement) Order 2016.

2. The 29th day of April 2016 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (Spent Convictions and Certain Disclosures) Act 2016 (No. 4 of 2016) comes into operation.
