Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st March, 2016.

I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 (2) of the Finance (Tax Appeals) Act 2015 (No. 59 of 2015), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Finance (Tax Appeals) Act 2015 (Establishment Day) Order 2016.

2. The 21st day of March 2016 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Finance (Tax Appeals) Act 2015 (No. 59 of 2015).
