S.I. No. 358/2015 - Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2015.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 21st August, 2015.

I, ALAN KELLY, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015 (No. 29 of 2015), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2015.

2. The day appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015 (No. 29 of 2015), namely—

(a) Part 1 (sections 1 and 2),

(b) Part 2 (sections 3 to 16),

(c) Part 4 (sections 18 to 26),

(d) Part 5 (sections 27 to 30),

(e) Part 6 (sections 31 and 32),

(f) Part 7 (sections 33 to 43),

(g) Part 8 (section 44), and

(h) in Part 10, sections 49 and 50,

come into operation is 31 August 2015.
