I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 12 , 83 (6) and 1419 (3)(b) of the Companies Act 2014 (No. 38 of 2014) hereby make the following regulations:

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Companies Act 2014 (Forms) (No.2) Regulations 2015.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 June 2015.

2. In these Regulations—

“Act of 2014” means the Companies Act 2014 (No. 38 of 2014).

3. The form (Form B7) set out in Schedule 1 is prescribed for the purposes of section 83(6) of the Act of 2014.

4. The form (Form F15) set out in Schedule 2 is prescribed for the purposes of section 1419(3)(b) of the Act of 2014.
