5. (1) The following are repealed: | ||
(a) the Harbours Act 1946 ; | ||
(b) the Harbours Act 1947 . | ||
(2) The Port Companies (Appointment of Local Authority Directors) Regulations 2002 ( S.I. No. 34 of 2002 ) are revoked. |
