EMPLOYMENT PERMITS (AMENDMENT) ACT 2014

An Act to amend the Employment Permits Act 2003 , to provide a defence to a foreign national in certain proceedings under that Act, to provide for civil proceedings to recompense certain foreign nationals for work done or services rendered in certain circumstances; to amend and extend the Employment Permits Act 2006 ; to make further provision for the grant of employment permits; to amend the Illegal Immigrants (Trafficking) Act 2000 ; to amend the Immigration Act 2004 ; to amend the Aliens Order 1946; to amend the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 ; and to provide for related matters.
