Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd January, 2014.

I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsections (2) and (3) of section 1 of the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2013 (No. 32 of 2013), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2013 (Jurisdiction of District Court and Circuit Court) (Commencement) Order 2013.

2. The 3rd day of February 2014 is appointed as the day on which section 2 (1) and Part 3 of the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2013 (No. 32 of 2013) shall come into operation.
