S.I. No. 475/2011 - Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2010 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2011.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 27th September, 2011.

I, PHIL HOGAN, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2010 , hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2010 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2011.

2. The 21st day of September 2011 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2010 come into operation:

(a) section 6;

(b) section 10(f);

(c) section 12(d);

(d) section 14(c);

(e) section 23(b);

(f) section 50(c);

(g) section 57;

(h) section 62;

(i) sections 79 and 80.
