70.— The following are repealed: | |
(a) section 35 of the Offences against the Person Act 1861 , | ||
(b) sections 49 to 52 of the Act of 1968, | ||
(c) section 13 of the Act of 2004, and | ||
(d) the matter at reference numbers 11 to 16 in Part 1 of the Table to section 18 of the Act of 2006. |
