Amendment of section 12 (staff of Commission) of Principal Act.

8.— Section 12 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection (3) the following:

“(3A) A person who is a civil servant and is—
|
|
| |
(a) transferred under subsection (1), or
|
|
| |
(b) appointed under subsection (3)(a),
|
|
| |
is a civil servant of the State.”.
