Amendment of section 22 of Criminal Procedure Act 1967. |
25.— Section 22 of the Criminal Procedure Act 1967 is amended by inserting the following subsection after subsection (1A) (inserted by section 18 (a) of the Criminal Justice Act 2007 ): | |
“(1B) A recognisance to which subsection (1) applies may be taken by— | ||
(a) any judge of the District Court, or | ||
(b) any District Court clerk.”. |
