I, MICHEÁL MARTIN, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 12(2) of the Control of Exports Act 2008 (No. 1 of 2008), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Exports Act 2008 (Commencement) Order 2008. | ||
2. The 5th day of May 2008 is appointed as the day on which the Control of Exports Act 2008 (No. 1 of 2008) comes into operation. | ||
