Institutes of Technology Act 2006 (Commencement) Order 2007

I, Mary Hanafin, Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(2) of the Institutes of Technology Act 2006 (No. 25 of 2006), hereby order as follows:

1.   This Order may be cited as the Institutes of Technology Act 2006 (Commencement) Order 2007.

2.   The 1st day of February 2007 is fixed as the day on which the Institutes of Technology Act 2006 (No. 25 of 2006) comes into operation.
