Amendment of section 21 of Firearms Act 1964. |
56.— Section 21 of the Firearms Act 1964 is amended— | |
(a) in subsection (1), by the insertion of “or ammunition” after “firearms” and “firearm”, where they first occur, and | ||
(b) by the insertion of the following subsection after subsection (2): | ||
“(3) In this section, “ammunition” does not include— | ||
(a) component parts of ammunition, or | ||
(b) grenades, bombs and other similar missiles or their component parts.”. |
