I, Noel Dempsey, Minister for Education and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Residential Institutions Redress Act 2002 (No. 13 of 2002), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Residential Institutions Redress Act 2002 (Establishment Day) Order 2002. 2. The 16th day of December 2002 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Residential Institutions Redress Act 2002 (No. 13 of 2002). | |||||||||
