AN ACT TO AMEND THE RADIOLOGICAL PROTECTION ACTS, 1991 AND 1995, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE MAKING OF GRANTS OUT OF FUNDS PROVIDED BY THE OIREACHTAS FOR REMEDIATION WORKS FOR HOUSES HAVING CERTAIN LEVELS OF RADON GAS AND FOR THE ADMINISTRATION BY THE RADIOLOGICAL PROTECTION INSTITUTE OF IRELAND OF SUCH GRANTS AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS.
