S.I. No. 468/2001 - Animal Remedies Act, 1993 (Section 32(1)(B)) (Commencement) Order, 2001

I, Joe Walsh, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 33 (2) of the Animal Remedies Act, 1993 (No. 23 of 1993) as adapted by the Agriculture and Food (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1999 ( S.I. No. 307 of 1999 )), hereby order as follows:

1.       This Order may be cited as the Animal Remedies Act, 1993 (Section 32(1)(b)) (Commencement) Order, 2001.

2.       Paragraph (b) of section 32 (1) of the Animal Remedies Act, 1993 shall come into operation on 20 September, 2001.
