S.I. No. 437/2001 - European Communities (Single-Member Private Limited Companies) Regulations, 1994 (Amendment) Regulations, 2001

I, Mary Harney, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act, 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Single-Member Private Limited Companies) Regulations, 1994 (Amendment) Regulations, 2001.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October, 2001.

3. The European Communities (Single-Member Private Limited Companies) Regulations, 1994 ( S.I. No. 275 of 1994 ), are amended by the deletion of Regulation 12.

These Regulations provide that the European Communities (Single-Member Private Limited Companies) Regulations, 1994 are amended by the deletion of Regulations 12 with effect from 1^st. October, 2001.
