S.I. No. 40/2001 - The Health Insurance Act, 1994 (Establishment Day) Order, 2001

I, Micheál Martin T.D., Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 19 of the Health Insurance Act, 1994 , as adapted by the Health (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1997 ( S.I. No. 308 of 1997 ), hereby make the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as The Health Insurance Act, 1994 (Establishment Day) Order, 2001.

2. The 1st day of February, 2001 is hereby appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of Part IV of the Health Insurance Act, 1994 (No. 16 of 1994).
